Gym - Workout ~

*sigh*
just back frm workout in Wangsa Walk...
lolx...
its really un-plan xtvt...

reached hme after work is at 7.30pm
as usual...the 1st thg i do is open my lappy...
hahhaha...
thn just continue to change my clothes and so on...
hahhahaa...

check my FB and my games the 1st thg...
thn see any updates and kacau ppl shout out....

i saw Melvin shout thr, needs some companion for dinner...
status as - anybody in Setapak free for dinner ??
and i so itchy go thr and say " ME !! "
hahhaa...and he ask me go Steven Corner and order for him...
wow...dats is fast...lolx

we have a chat...glad tht he found a new gf dy...
but he so mean to me...keep bully me...
hahahhaa...but yeah, look at him, in a happy life...
and for sure...he is gaining more weight...
bwuahahahhaa..

he asking me wanna go gym and i say YES again...

finished our dinner, back hme, changes clothes and head to Celebrity Fitness Express in Wangsa Walk thr...

do RPM and playing some of the equipment there...actually nothg much to play..


oh gosh...
my weight now is 56kg...
that's mean 56 kilogram = 123.458 866 82 pound
BMI Categories:
Underweight = <18.5
Normal weight = 18.5-24.9
Overweight = 25-29.9
Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater
My BMI is ~ +-24
deng ~ luckily I'm still in normal weight...
but...yeah, still feel heavy...
need to start to do workout again cuz i am totally not good in diet'ing....
hmm...hw many kg's i need to reduce, huh??
the ideal weight?? to suit my height.....
hmmm...
